We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, execution and optimization of regional marketing campaigns.
As an Account Manager for Indirect Channels within the commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with DIGI’s channel partners. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding our presence in the Belgian telecom market through effective channel strategies. Reporting to the Channel Manager Indirect Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Channel Partnerships: Identify and target potential channel partners and negotiate agreements to onboard them. Manage ongoing relationships and evaluate partner performance regularly.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through indirect channels. Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing partners and bring in new business.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report on channel sales results, forecasts, and market conditions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and sales tools.
  • Market Analysis: Use market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the telecom sector. Use insights to inform channel strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop channel marketing programs.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel across the country for your sales efforts
