    Our client is a global-leader servicing a broad range of customers including manufacturing, industrial, shipyards, ports and terminals.
    Due to internal movement we are seeking an Account Manager to join their Industrial Service Division. Within this role you will manage existing customer relationships with their service contract requirements to ensure product and service expectations are met and client retention is upheld.
    The ideal candidate would have a strong sales background with a mechanical aptitude or a trades person that desires to move into a sales focused role.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective product positioning and technical sales solutions to assist customers achieve their Highest Lifecycle Value of their equipment.
  • Creating service and repair quotes in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date and managed correctly
  • Customer consultation regarding both compliance requirements and asset improvement opportunities
  • Sales Funnel Management, Forecasting and Reporting
  • Effective Service and Project handovers to the Service Operations Team
  • Working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of work packages
  • Meeting forecast targets through technical selling of our products to meet customer expectations
