Description:
SELF MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION
- Attending and participating in all knowledge sharing initiatives via: Intranet readings, Ipsos online trainings, Internal f2f trainings, best practices or POV shared by experts.
- Proactively seeking out opportunities for own self-development, via informal and formal learning events (e.g.: establishing a mentor, reading materials on Intranet, attending training courses etc.
- Being a proactive and effective team member. Collaborate with other team members by workload sharing.
Engage and communicate with the Client Organization team to understand expectations on projects, communicating updates, raising timely red-flags and ensure seamless execution.
