Account Manager - Japan
Position title: Account Manager - Japan
Department: B2B Support
Type of employment: Full-time
Location: Melbourne
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities
The primary purpose of position:
- To support clients within Japan to ensure a high level of client account management, including
- Supporting sales activities with new clients.
- Ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients.
- Regular communication and account management with our new and existing clients.
- Maintaining strong relationships with all clients by providing professional and timely support.
Duties:
- Ensure the highest level of client conversion for assigned leads within Japan and other countries
- Working with clients to transition them through the sales pipeline
- Provide general premium client service
- Provide client support, including technical, operational and B2B support
- Respond to client queries relating to account management
- Respond to incoming enquiries from clients via email, live chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes
Selection criteria
Essential:
- Proficient Japanese language sills
- Excellent phone manner
- Well-developed presentation and face-to-face skills
- Good written communication skills in English and Japanese
- High level of customer focus
- Ability to influence and conduct sales activities
- Ability to think analytically & troubleshoot day-to-day issues
- Successfully work autonomously and within a Team
- Computer literacy and above-average data entry skills
