Description:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end strategic relationships with a portfolio of key suppliers who collaborate with the company or its clients. Their role involves ensuring client and supplier satisfaction, driving business growth, and maximizing revenue.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, marketing, finance or other relevant field
  • Prior experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or in Business Development and Sales
  • Understanding of the relevant industry

    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end strategic relationships with key clients and suppliers
  • Build strong relationships with senior partners
  • Own commercial relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage contractual term
  • Create and execute strategic account plans, leading cross-functional teams on value-driven initiatives
  • Address and resolve business-threatening issues promptly
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams on impactful programs
