In project management at Interactive Paper, you will work with top international companies, including brands like Samsung, Pfizer, Ford, Oracle, and EY. You will be in direct contact with the marketing directors of these brands and take responsibility for successfully managing various advertising campaigns.

Tasks

As an Account Manager at Interactive Paper, you play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the implementation of successful projects. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Initial interaction with potential customers (you receive warm leads, no cold calling). You will be responsible for establishing the first point of contact and setting the stage for a positive client relationship.
  • Consulting customers to provide them with the best solutions for their needs. This involves understanding their specific requirements and offering tailored recommendations that align with their business goals.
  • Analyzing the business objectives and target audiences of our clients to develop tailored marketing solutions that meet their needs and requirements. You will work closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and create customized plans.
  • Re-engaging existing clients and managing the account pipeline. You will proactively reach out to dormant accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure a steady flow of business through effective pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Motivation to learn and continuously improve sales skills, demonstrating a proactive approach to personal development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnership building.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment, contributing to team success.
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, with excellent command over business terminology in both languages.
