- Excellent interpersonal skills – comfortable and adept at managing multiple stakeholders and relationships.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to adopt a creative or innovative approach when needed.
- Previous experience working as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proven track record of consistently over-delivering against targets with demonstrated tenacity
- Commercial acumen, including the ability to manage forecasts, budgets and costings
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day account in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pivot between multiple projects, strategic objectives and ‘BAU’ work
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand clients’ unique needs and tailor solutions to exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Managing of Account Team and close collaboration with Field Management and Operations team
- Influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Compile commercial proposals and monitor and control budgets to meet sales and net revenue targets.
