Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – comfortable and adept at managing multiple stakeholders and relationships.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to adopt a creative or innovative approach when needed.
  • Previous experience working as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Proven track record of consistently over-delivering against targets with demonstrated tenacity
  • Commercial acumen, including the ability to manage forecasts, budgets and costings

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day account in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pivot between multiple projects, strategic objectives and ‘BAU’ work
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand clients’ unique needs and tailor solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Managing of Account Team and close collaboration with Field Management and Operations team
  • Influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Compile commercial proposals and monitor and control budgets to meet sales and net revenue targets.
