Description:
- Surry Hills location, near Central station, start-up environment
- Up to $80K base +bonus + equity
- Not for Profit Sector - WFH a couple of days per week
We’re seeking an Account manager to play a relationship role in amplifying our partner engagement and operational efficiency. You will be pivotal in managing and enhancing relationships with charity partners (up to 70 of them) through effective communication, engagement strategies, and collaborative efforts with product, development, sales, and marketing teams. You will drive the strategic direction of our charity product, focusing on maximisation of results, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.
YOUR SKILLS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build successful business relationships
- Start-up experience in a SaaS organisation
- A track record of hitting sales and retention targets, and getting great feedback from the clients you work with
- The ability to manage a sizeable number of accounts (70+) and ensure they are staying engaged and feeling loved

Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the relationships with charity clients, including through regular communication and engagement strategies
- Assist charity partners to maximise the results that they are able to achieve with the charity product
- Work closely with our product and development teams to ensure that the digital product continues to evolve and reflects the requirements of our charity partners
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to innovate and scale our partnership pipeline
- Work with the commercial team to set the strategic direction (including
- product, renewal and pricing strategies) of the offering based on feedback from our partners
- Drive continuous process improvement to achieve and maintain operational excellence
