About the role
Onsite Rental Group are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Dandenong VIC.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing strong relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your main tasks will include:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, as well as resolving any customer issues or concerns
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and maintain a competitive edge
  • Preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback for management review
  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Onsite Rental Group’s offerings and expand professional network

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Experience in territory sales preferably in hire/rental/capital equipment or related industry
  • Proven ability to attract and retain new business
  • Ability to work autonomously in the field
  • Strong customer and safety focus
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Valid motor vehicle licence
