Account Manager Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excited to work for a growing company focused on positively impacting patients and health care providers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- 2-3 years in life science or healthcare field, preferred
- Experience with point-of-care, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a can-do attitude and ready to problem solve
- Ability to travel, on occasion
Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships through provision of a best in class experience with life sciences manufacturer clients and agencies that support them
- Possess in depth understanding of clients’ and brands’ strategy to serve as a thought partner on active program monitoring and optimization aligned with their business imperatives
- Proactively act as liaison between client and other internal teams throughout the program life cycle with consistent focus on customer centricity. This includes, but is not limited to program initiation, launch, monitoring, optimization and intra-program review
- Educate customers on omnichannel platform and network
- Articulate application of platform, features, functionality and specifications, for clients to address their goals
- Ensure proactive communication of program timelines
- Develop understanding of each clients internal processes (ex: Med Legal Review) enabling true partnership
- Execute against timelines through collection of required assets to facilitate seamless and on-time launch
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients including: program performance, ROI, program impact, customer brand planning, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
