Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, requirements, and expectations, and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, design, and development, to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to streamline project workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports to evaluate project performance and client satisfaction.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
