SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be considered for interview you will have:

  • Previous Account management experience ideally within the retail space
  • Demonstrable experience managing client and buyer relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills
  • High attention to detail and strong autonomous skills

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve business goals and revenue targets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Build and nurture customer relationships with Accounts in your portfolio
  • Identify new business development opportunities within existing relationships
  • Problem solve and consult to customer portfolio regarding any queries or issues raised
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maximise all marketing and launch events
  • Collate information and present sales data on key account performance
