Responsibilities:
- Deepen relationships with customers through strategic engagement and activation of sustainable strategic value creation and growth opportunities
- Own the strategic ‘engagement model’ for new customers for the commodity, based on identified strategic sales development pipeline.
- Overseeing an exceptional customer experience that enables achievement of portfolio financial targets identifying and customer satisfaction targets.
- Establishing and enhancing operational and relationship management through regular face to face meetings to build long-term customer relationships.Identifying potential opportunities and leads based on conversations, analysis and strategic guidance from FV Business Development Manager
