This is what you are going to do!
As Account Manager for Products you will create and realize account and industry plan for Yokogawa products. You will visit customers to acquire relevant information on the customer needs, you will present Yokogawa portfolio and obtain Request for Quotation (RFQ), you will realize order intake/sell products, in line with personal target and assigned territories and/or accounts, resulting in revenue/maximize margin.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Set up operational sales plan in line with the Regional and Business Unit’s plans for the financial year including agreed tactical action plans. Operational sales plan shall include targets per products for order intake/sales revenue and margins, targets for retention of existing customers, penetration of existing customers and acquisition of new customers.
  • Focus on order intake/sales revenue opportunities, so the result maximizes margin.
  • Monitor order intake/sales revenue on a monthly basis.
  • Create business opportunities by direct approach of customers and by sales calls.
  • Manage and maintain relationship with customers, achieving an expanded customer base and assuring customer satisfaction.
  • Use CRM system to monitor opportunities and measure Sales KPIs (number of customer visits, number of demonstrations made, number of quotations made etc). Increase value added to account by cross selling.
  • Steer the internal organization to check and to process the order, to optimize delivery time and to get the payments from the customer
  • Continuously improve and maintain technical and commercial knowledge.
  • Maintain market awareness and market intelligence, ensuring feedback to sales, marketing, and management colleagues.
  • Use the resources of Yokogawa to expand cross-selling effectiveness.

We are looking for a colleague with:

  • Superior studies; Technical university or college degree is an advantage;
  • Bachelor level with 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Very good communication skills on all levels.
  • Dynamic person with excellent time management.
  • Passion for industrial automation and processes optimizations.
  • Quick learner, high degree of self-drive, resilience.
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented.
  • MS Office applications, CRM.
  • Fluent in Czech and English.
