Description:

The Account Manager, Programmatic is responsible for analyzing operational, programmatic, and DIY data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This role requires a keen understanding of data analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead client discussions effectively. The Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide insights based on data analysis, and make recommendations for optimizing performance and driving incremental sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success managing clients in the Market Research industry, with specific accomplishments in tech operations, product development, and client service. The ideal candidate will also have a desire for continued career growth.

THE MUST HAVES: (EX: SKILLS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES)

  • Two or more (2+) years of programmatic or DIY technical account management experience in the market research industry is required
  • Proven experience in account management, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels, especially technical content
  • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Skilled in data analysis with tools such as PowerBI, Snowflake, Sigma, Metabase, etc

THE NICE TO HAVES: (PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES)

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational, programmatic, and DIY data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients on ways to optimize performance and achieve their goals.
  • Lead client discussions and presentations, effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to implement client strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics, ensuring that client goals are met or exceeded.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Willingness to flex time to be available for client calls
