Description:
Scale Insights is a SaaS company that helps brand owners scale their business on the Amazon marketplace by automating their advertising campaigns using rule-based algorithms.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing both technical and business concerns and requests, aligning them with customer priorities, projects, and problems. This role required to work closely with Product Management, Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact, leveraging deep industry, product, and technical knowledge to guide them to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to address technical concerns, ensure acceptable resolutions, and align platform features with customer priorities and roadmaps.
- Assess customer goals and capabilities, offer recommendations in achieving business and technology objectives.
- Proactive Support & Enhancement: Conduct quarterly reviews, identify trends, and provide tailored release recommendations to ensure stability, performance, and feature enhancement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Coordinate internal resources including product support, customer success, and sales engineering to meet customer business needs.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
