Description:

Are you an energetic, customer-oriented Service Account Manager with experience in refrigeration technology? Do you get energy from a dynamic work environment and do you have organizational talent? Then we would like to get to know you!
As a Service Account Manager, you are the point of contact for our service customers. You will be involved in setting up and realising maintenance contracts as well as the sale of additional maintenance services. You can think of extensions or modifications to existing cooling systems or Heat pumps, compressor overhauls, repairs or inspections. You will work closely with an experienced team of colleagues within the Service department.
In this dynamic role, you will mainly focus on industrial end-users within the industry. Together with the team, you will work together with the service manager, the service coordinators, work planners, project managers and the experienced service technicians in the field.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships and promoting customer satisfaction. You focus on quality of service and the further development of this. In addition, you provide analyses and reports and implement improvement proposals. To increase visibility and support among customers, you build an extensive network in a creative way.
