JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage daily financial operations including accounting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and enforcing adherence to
• requirements
• Prepare monthly financial reports by summarizing accounting information
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations and oversee tax filings by auditor
• Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing
• action plans
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results and initiating corrective actions
• Prepare Form R1 and Ask declaration form and liaise with auditors for MES renewal

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, or related field
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 1 year in a
• managerial or leadership position preferable
• Strong understanding of financial statutes and regulations in Singapore
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP App is an added advantage
