Description:

Cognizant has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Account Manager Sports & Media CE region (d/f)/m) to join our inclusive and thriving team. This full-time Account Manager hybrid role is based in Frankfurt and offers an attractive salary and benefits, along with the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture.
As an Account Manager Sports & Media CE region you will play a key role in our client’s growth strategy and be tasked with rapid business expansion within their assigned accounts, responsible for growth, health, and future prospects of account relationships.

In your first few weeks in this Account Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Be responsible for the P&L for all Media and Sports industry customers in Central Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland)
  • Lead profitable Y-o-Y growth of the account relationships in the region
  • Be part of senior management reviews for the performance metrics of the account relationship
  • Collaborate with multiple service lines, innovation teams and business teams in Cognizant to formulate a business plan and implement it for the account relationship
  • Be responsible for execution and customer satisfaction in all the revenue portfolios within the accounts
  • Identify and forge partnerships and tap into existing alliance partnerships of Cognizant to grow the account
  • Shape the thought leadership agenda

  • Experience managing client P&L EUR 10 + Million dollars including reporting and metric assessment for the account
  • Understanding and thought leadership in technology, services and business trends and their direct and indirect impacts on the outcomes
  • A strong performance track record of handling different portfolios-ranging from sales, new sales, programs, and existing annuity business
  • Demonstrate the flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries, and technical and non-technical audiences
  • Being able to make knowledgeable conversations with clients in Digital Area/trends in the industry
  • Fluency in German and in English as a business language
