Suited Connector (SuCo) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our awesome Sales Team and expand upon our relationships in our Insurances services verticals. You will have a proven track record in growing the scale of a book of clients through creating long-term partnerships, problem solving, and analyzing & identifying opportunities to increase revenue streams. You will report directly into the Sales Manager, Insurance.

Areas That Will Play to Your Strengths (all the responsibilities we’ll trust you with, no pressure ):

  • Client Relationship Management & Growth: You will be the primary relationship owner for 20 – 30 assigned accounts of all sizes, support all Insurance vertical accounts, while proactively seeking opportunities to improve client metrics, including budget caps and RPT.
  • We Love Data: You will create detailed daily performance reports and monthly campaign reports, analyze key metrics which include total revenue, RPT, return rate and unsold lead data, while and providing actionable insights in a timely manner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a smooth onboarding process for new accounts and will continue to work closely on any changes or action items that support vertical growth.
  • Analyze & Identify Solutions: Analyze quality reports, identify issues and create action plan to increase quality by buyer as needed. You will also review TPS reports daily for trends and pinpoint areas for growth and improvement by project type and buyer.

THE OTHER DETAILS YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW:

  • Preferred Locations: Southern, CA or CO
  • Base Salary Range: i.e., $75,000 to $100,000
  • Competitive bonus in addition to base salary compensation
  • Status: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
