WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Arrow Global Components is looking for a Salesperson for our team in Finland to help us with our expansion plans in the region. You will be responsible for securing new business and maintaining an excellent level of customer interaction with current customers. As Sales Representative you will be required to plan & execute customer, application and supplier strategies and develop all key relationships to variety of stakeholders to ensure strong foundation for solution selling. Role requires a strong drive to nurture existing customer engagements and drive to generate new sales; your customer assignments will depend on your background and location. Experience in interacting with suppliers and customers in a technical and engineering environment gives you a flying start but a young professional in earlier stage career may also be the right addition to our team! You will participate in developing strategic plans for assigned accounts and promote full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s suppliers & linecard.
WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS:
- Maintain and grow our market share with existing customers
- Increase the level of customer engagement with Arrow offering and identify new potential customers.
- Define critical markets and new customer needs, plan & execute new go-to-market strategy
- Focus on Demand Creation and increase conversion rate of projects
- Drive agreed supplier initiatives and maximize design in content and technical services.
- Have a clear record of what development projects each customer has and what stage they are at.
- Co-ordinate both manufacturer support and Arrow Technical team support appropriately to maximize new design opportunity for Arrow.
- Generate, drive & maintain a healthy project pipeline from start to finish.
- Promote and sell the value add, supply chain and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
