Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE & TEAM
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping our Clients ($10M-250M Annual Turnover) within the NSW Region manage their CreditorWatch account. You’ll look after approximately 120 account and focus on up and cross-selling of existing and new products, training, support and regular contact. You’ll aim to proactively demonstrate how CreditorWatch continues to benefit businesses.
Once you find your feet in the role, you’ll need to implement various account management strategies focusing on the upselling and cross-selling of existing and new products, training, support and regular check-ins and contact.
You’ll be a true brand ambassador, demonstrating how CreditorWatch can continue to add benefit to our Accounts through a creative and strategic approach, you’ll need to stand out from the crowd.
This role reports directly to the Sales Manager – Account Management (NSW) and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.

- Ability to identify, negotiate and close new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of customers to drive net growth of your customer portfolio.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers – Understanding their needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Responding to customers’ needs and requirements in a timely fashion.
- Maintaining correct and updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions and share with customers to position the company as a strategic partner.
