Job Description
As an Account Manager at Viso, your main role will be to drive our company’s revenue growth and success. You will be responsible for nurturing our existing customer base, ensuring they derive maximum value from their Viso investment, and in doing so, secure opportunities for renewals and upsells.
From day one, you will manage accounts for major global companies like IKEA, DHL, and DPD. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the co-founders, as we scale Viso from a seed round to over $1 billion.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll:
- Gain a deep understanding of each customer’s environment, identify customer needs, and propose solutions that will accelerate their success.
- Manage and grow opportunities throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from post-sales to renewal, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to account management.
- Employ a solution-oriented approach focusing on use cases involving AI vision to automate business processes.
- Build upon the growth & adoption of our product within existing enterprise accounts.
- Drive a pipeline generation cadence to develop expansion opportunities from our existing customer base and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead compelling presentations of our product and vision to a broad range of audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors, using our value-based account management methodology.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on account performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities.
