About the position:
Yale Mechanical is now hiring an Assertive Sales Professional to lead the sales/retention efforts as an Account Manager … are you ready to roll up your sleeves and partner with a Twin Cities leading HVAC, Plumbing, Millwright, and Docks & Doors Services Company? We’re looking for a savvy and confident Account Manager with strong customer service skills, exceptional organizational skills, and as a bonus, HVAC technical knowledge. This role is focused on being our customer’s go-to person within Yale.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the well-being of specific accounts assigned to you.
  • Representing all services the Yale team can provide from all divisions. (HVAC service, repair and replacement of mechanical equipment and systems, plumbing, millwright, dock and door) You’re the go-to person.
  • The primary focus is on the retention, growth, and profitability of existing customers.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and VP of Service to develop and expand existing accounts and secure new business.
  • Develop and implement proactive repair, replacement, upgrade, long term capital plans with key customers.
  • Develop account plans for key customers.
  • Follow up with customers on quotes, quality of work, and overall satisfaction.
  • Promote and follow up with marketing efforts.
  • Always maintain a professional image.
