WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing invoices efficiently, investigating and resolving discrepancies, liaising with vendors, collaborating with procurement, assisting in payment runs, and verifying payment details. You will be instrumental in building positive relationships with vendors and ensuring vendor compliance. Your commitment to accuracy and your ability to work under tight timelines will contribute significantly to the success of our operations.

• Efficiently process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to PTP policies
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Liaise with vendors to address inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and build positive relationships
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure vendor compliance and effective communication
• Assist in the preparation and execution of payment runs
• Verify payment details and resolve any payment-related issues

The ideal Accounts Payable Executive will bring a wealth of experience in invoice posting, payment processing or T&E claims processing. You are proactive by nature, able to work under tight timelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, you are well-versed in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous due to the nature of the role.
