KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma with 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of success as an individual contributor to the banking software industry, specifically within the Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia market.
  • Vast experience in selling enterprise software solutions (Risk & ALM) to banks and with a deep understanding of their workflows and challenges.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers (CFO & CRO)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a lead role in driving a cross-regional sales team and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships
  • Gather detailed information about account, identify decision-makers, understand strategic business challenges and priorities, and lead team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to accounts
  • Ensure professional sales coordination and account planning and resolve possible account ownership issues
  • Responsible for proposals, account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity
