Description:

Salonkee is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Account Setup Specialist to join our vibrant team in Luxembourg.
The Account Setup Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless setup and activation of client accounts. This position involves working closely with the sales team to understand the client’s needs, configuring accounts according to specifications, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of technical tools, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technical support, account management, or client services role, preferably in a technology or service-based company.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and solution-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing environments.
  • High level of professional maturity and responsibility, ensuring that client data is handled with the utmost confidentiality and integrity

Good knowledge of Excel and technical acumen.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong organisational skills, proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, data migration tools, and account management software is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly German, Dutch, French or Italian, is a plus as we expand our operations

Responsibilities:

  • Account Setup: Efficiently set up accounts for new clients, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are accurately gathered and processed.

  • Data Management: Migrating and integrating of client data into new accounts, ensuring accuracy and security of data with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales team to facilitate smooth client onboarding processes and anticipate the need for completion of data/documentation.
  • Client Onboarding: Take charge of the onboarding process, including setup and administrative tasks, to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
  • Work closely with sales, technical support, and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is communicated for future improvements.
  • The role may eventually evolve into a customer-facing position.
