Responsibilities:

As our Account Strategist, you will be managing a portfolio of top accounts among our German Retail media clients. You will be joining a fast-paced environment and client retention together with account growth will be your main objectives to continue supporting our strategic plan. You will be responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters and Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
This position will be responsible for monitoring account performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, analytics, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide top-level strategic account management to advertisers to ensure retention and client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels, including C-level
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives to effectively propose tailored solutions and drive business growth.
  • Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices
  • Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize their goals
  • Negotiate additional budgets along with upselling new products
  • Create personalized decks and presentations to drive regular meetings
