KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience
knowledge of SAP system and highly proficient in Excel
Strong ability in analyzing and performing reconciliation complex accounts and reserves.
Strong organizational and communications skills
Highly meticulous and enjoy working in a collaborative environmen

Assist with month end and quarter end close with preparation of journals and reconciliations for
key accounts, particularly as they relate to Cost Accounting activities
Partner with Contract Manufacturers as well as our local Commodity Manager to ensure
compliance and accurate reporting of external production facilities
Financial analysis to advise operational decision making; make vs buy; true landed cost analysis,
etc.
Analyze manufacturing costs to ensure the proper recognition of COGS
Support the establishment, the maintenance, and the updating of World-Wide standard cost
Prepare journal entries, maintain and reconciles key accounts in Blackline
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and assist with month end review
Monitor the Operation’s Cycle Count program and assist with the physical inventory coordination
including customers and vendor locations
Review and process T&E claims for local employees
Accounts Payable – invoice processing and payments, vendor master account creation etc
Support preparation and filing of GST and other tax and local statutory reports and financial
statements
Support both internal and external audit requests, including Sox related
Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed
