Accountant

at  ACCOUNTING STUDIO PTE LTD

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years of experience in accounting field with 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting firm
• Preferable candidate with accounting experience dealing with F&B (generating sales from both outlet and delivery platform)
• Proficient in XERO, MS Word and Excel formulas
• Possess the ability in managing and handling portfolios of clients (Singapore companies)
• Proficient project management skills with ability to handle priorities and manage workload while multitasking and conforming swiftly to changes.
• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or relevant Professional Accounting Qualifications
• Strong accounting skills and in-depth understanding of accounting principles, familiar with Singapore GST and corporate tax matters
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Positive work attitude with strong initiatives and a team player
• Proficiency in efficient delivery under pressure of tight deadlines.
• Working from anywhere arrangement can be discussed

• Handle full sets of accounts and GST filing for a portfolio of clients
• Handle audit work for a portfolio of clients
• Handle payroll and CPF submissions
• Preparation of corporate secretary documents for a portfolio of clients and perform filing with ACRA
• Preparation of financial report and XBRL report
• Liaison with Clients, External Auditors and Tax Advisors
• Any other ad hoc assignments
