This Accountant Position Features:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years experience in full cycle accounting
• Proficient in MSOffice and SAP
• Strong Math skills, experienced with high volume, process driven & takes

initiative

• Excellent communication skills
• Mandatory OT (Lieu time will be given) / stay late during month end/quarter and

year end

• Candidates must complete Criminal, Cross Identity background check &

Emotional Intelligence Assessment

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

• Month-end and general ledger work including journal entries, reconciliations,

reporting, and analysis

• Full cycle processing of company employee expenses
• Administration of Corporate Music School/ National Education accounting such

as entries, payments & reconciliations

• Administration of all aspects of Costco and Amazon dealers, as well as select duties of other mas channel dealers
• Treasury, Bank/Cash monitoring, and associated tasks as assigned
• Management and Financial reporting including Analysis
• Administration/Application of incoming payments (such as Parts/Service Dealers, ETF payments)
• Administration (entering into SAP) of electronic wire payments
• Miscellaneous duties and new initiatives/projects related to

finance/accounting/general office administration
