Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable

  • Verify expense suppliers’ invoice by performing 3-way matching and follow up to resolve any discrepancies or AP related matter consistently
  • Monitor payment plans and process payments promptly
  • Check, verify and process marketing claims
  • Monthly payments to factories
  • Creating bills in system for stocks and samples charges
  • Creating entries in system for all freight invoices
  • Monthly payments for freight invoices
  • Updating Item Receipts with freight invoice number
