About the job
In this role, you will directly collaborate with our founding team to manage day-to-day financial operations and accounts for the clients. Reporting to the sales team, your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with Singapore accounting standards and regulations initially, with opportunities to expand your expertise to include offshore clients under the guidance of experienced team members. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and expense claims promptly and accurately, and preparing comprehensive financial reports and statements. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to gather necessary financial information and address any discrepancies efficiently. Overall, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial integrity and compliance of the organization.
Skills and experience requiredThe ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in corporate service firms, with proficiency in handling full sets of accounts and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. You are comfortable working in the office 5 days per week in the CBD.
