DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining all transactions in the general ledger to include: A/P, A/R, intercompany billing; creating and processing customer and vendor invoices; entering payments; resolving customer issues, sales tax reporting and vendor inquiries and payment issues; reviewing and reconciling balance sheet accounts; and working with the Accounting Manager during month-end close and audit processes.
This role will report to the Accounting Manager.

As the Accountant, you will be:

  • Responsible for all general ledger activities
  • Responsible for customer invoicing; vendor/customer credit memo processing; reconciling and entering AP invoices; expense reports, including purchase orders; sales tax and statements; and payment application
  • Responsible for month end close; performing reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts; and work with the Accounting Manager during audits
  • Support the sales and operations teams with orders/invoice inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned
