Description:

Your tasks

  • You are able to independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements
  • You are responsible for all accounting processes in accordance with HGB and IFRS
  • You are responsible for the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
  • You are responsible for the coordination of payment transactions and monitoring of bank accounts and reconciliations
  • You are responsible for the coordination of travel expenses and credit card accounting
  • You support invthe implementation of relevant accounting/finance systems
  • You are in continuous exchange with different stakeholders of other departments regarding invoicing processes
  • You are the main contact person for all internal accounting matters as well as for auditors, tax advisors, authorities, etc.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in accounting, finance or controlling
  • You are a certified accountant or have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance
  • You are confident in working with DATEV
  • Ideally you have experience in working with Weclapp, however, this is not a must
  • You have a sharp mind and strong analytical skills
  • Your work is very structured, efficient and you are able to break down complex tasks into simple processes
  • You are a strong team player, but you also enjoy working independently while taking responsibility
  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with other departments and external parties
  • You speak fluent German and English
