REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically accounts payable, preferably in a shared service environment;
• Academic background in accounting or management;
• Previous working experience with SAP FI;
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
• Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus (German, Spanish, Italian, Romanian or French);
• Communication skills and a cooperative mindset;
• High level of accountability and accuracy;
• Team player with a good sense for different company/country cultures;
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment.

• Coordinate weekly payment run;
• Working with banking tools for manual payment and intercompany Payments;
• Forecast and Cash Out;
• Manage the Vendor account;
• Create reports;
• Intercompany reconciliations;
• Internal communication with other teams;
• Develop process documentation and support process improvements;
• Month-end closing.
