QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
You have:
- a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- Experience in reconciliation respectively in Fund Accounting
- knowledge of reconciliation tool TLM
- an understanding of accounting principles
- strong technical and analytical skills
- a good command of Microsoft Excel
- knowledge of accounting system GP3 is considered a plus
- good leadership, team work and communication skills
You are:
- detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- proactive, with strong interpersonal skills (noticeable even when under pressure)
- capable of understanding teams needs and translating them into solutions
- fluent in English, French and German are considered a plus

Responsibilities:
ensure timely and accurate reconciliations
perform and oversee of stock and cash reconciliations in TLMP and excel
- follow up of stock and cash breaks
- control of cash receivable and payable accounts
- prepare of monthly stock and cash reports and KPI
- main contact point for requests from fund auditors
- provide deliverables for management reports and statistics
- participate in system developments for reconciliation and other
- improve processes for a more efficient service
- co-ordination and cooperation with the wider teams involved in the reconciliation processes
- work in close collaboration with the respective services at the custodian bank
