Our international and multilingual Munich team is looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) Iberia to support our European Headquarter in Munich, Germany and whose primary responsibility will be to service and support our Spanish Finance Team.

• Support to the Finance Manager for all processes and activities related to the accounting of general ledger, account receivables and account payables.
• Support on credit collection, dunning process, payment flow and customer management in terms of credit scoring and limits.
• Support in the execution of month-end and year-end closings according to internal and external regulations. This includes preparation of monthly and annual statements and reports.
• Booking of bank transactions and performing necessary reconciliations on bank and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable sub-ledger.
• Support on processes and activities related to the accounting of GL, AR and AP.
• Stock reconciliations, statistics (INE, Ecoembes), accruals, taxes and other finance and administrative tasks.
• KA´s management (ECI, Amazon)
• Respond as reliable and competent contact person for other departments (Customer Service, Sales Team, Retail, Marketing) and external parties like local advisors, tax authorities, customers and auditors.
