Description:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Strong technical, team, and communication skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multi-task and manage tight reporting schedules.

Responsibilities:

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Financial Control: Maintain internal financial control over the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Financial Analysis: Apply accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare reports.
  • Ledger Management: Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as the general ledger.
  • Workflow Management: Follow work procedures and expedite workflow, ensuring accuracy and neatness.
  • Records Examination: Examine records of current and past operations, trends, and costs.
  • System Development: Develop and maintain a computer-based system in line with corporate accounting procedures.
  • Foreign Currency Hedging: Ensure all activities involving foreign currency are hedged according to company policy.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Align and coordinate with other departments to maintain a good working relationship and ensure overall efficiency.
