Accountant - Part Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Part-Time Accountant to join our Finance team on a long-term temporary role. This individual will be primarily responsible for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and month-end close processes for eight smaller subsidiaries.

1. Management of all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
2. Oversee monthly end closing and reconciliation procedures.
3. Ensure timely processing of invoices and expense reports.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the subsidiaries.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
7. Collaborate with external auditors as needed.
8. Any other tasks that may be required by the business.
9. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
10. Proven work experience as an Accountant/ Auditor.
11. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is desirable.
12. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
13. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
14. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
15. Understanding of local tax regulations and Accounting Principles.
