What we’re looking for! The preferred candidate will hold the following requirements;

• CA or CPA qualified, or working towards
• Accounting degree or equivalent
• 1 – 2 years practice experience
• Xero experienc

Our client is looking to recruit either an Intermediate or Senior Accountant on a permanent basis, to look after a portfolio of clients,

• Prepare financial statements including management and annual accounts, income tax returns, minutes and resolutions
• Monitor and support taxation issues
• Financial audit preparation
• Accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Analyse and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends and future revenues
• Develop forecasts and budgets
• Ensure compliance with tax legislation’s
• Prepare GST, FBT etc
• Preparation of dividend calculations and filing with IRD
• Ensure maintenance of financial records and timely reporting
• Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy
