  Spotlight Group Holdings (Australia’s largest family business) is seeking an Accountant to support their growing Family Office & Investments team. You’ll manage monthly/quarterly reports and assist the Family Office & Charitable Foundation. Collaborate with key stakeholders including the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Group CFO & Family Stakeholders.

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

You’ll play a key role in managing the financial affairs of SGH (Spotlight Group Holdings), its Investment Entities, the Spotlight Charitable Foundation, and other affiliates.

• Prepare financial reports (monthly/quarterly) for investment entities.
• Assist with Group financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow).
• Support statutory reporting, audits, and Board presentations.
• Manage payments, stakeholder obligations, and tax requirements (BAS, FBT etc.).
• Work closely with internal teams (Investments, Treasury) and external stakeholders.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations as well as handle ad-hoc projects.
