Description:

  • Maintain and oversee all aspects of the general ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and manage the director’s personal tax returns and expense records.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements.
  • Oversee and manage the accounts of the subsidiary company, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Consolidate financial statements and reports for the parent and subsidiary companies.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and financial controls.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Address audit findings and implement recommended improvements.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to support strategic business decisions.
  • Identify and report on key financial metrics and trends.
  • Handle all financial information with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ensure the security of financial data and records.
  • Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry practices.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
  • Perform any other accounting-related tasks as required by the director or company needs.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the business and take on new responsibilities as necessary.
