JOB SUMMARY

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close and reporting process
• Coordinate with India’s shared service; OTC and RTR to ensure the activities are completed promptly and accurately
• Ensure all tasks assigned are processed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Ensure compliance with internal control objectives and local GAAP’s and financial policies and procedures

EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in MNC
• Good working knowledge in SAP and NetSuite accounting system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Degree in Accounting

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

• Effective team player and self-motivated
• Meticulous and able to meet tight timelines
• Keen to learn and possess positive attitude
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience dealing with shared services would be an advantage
• Excellent written and oral English
