ACCOUNTING ADVISOR - COUNTRY OWNER, NETHERLANDS

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing local accounting practices, updating guidelines, and ensuring consistency in the processes across all countries. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

For this position, we are looking for candidates located in Sweden, Finland, Estland, Norway or Czech Republic. To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

• Proficiency in Netherlands accounting and legislation
• Strong background in accounting and closing of the books independently
• Good communication and interaction skills as you will be working closely with your team and clients
• You thrive in a dynamic and international environment
• Fluent communication skills in English and Dutch. Other language skills are considered as a plus
• Previous experience in ERP systems and knowledge in payroll is also desirable
