INVISTA is seeking a contribution motivated Accounting Analyst to join our CFO organization in Wichita, KS. A successful candidate is someone who is highly motivated, self-driven, and has a passion for driving continuous improvement and transformation. They should have a base understanding of accounting concepts and the ability to think critically.
WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, including Excel skills (Ex: spreadsheet creation/editing and formula creation)
- This role is not open to Visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting activities that ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial data according to US GAAP requirements and business needs.
- Support efficient and sustainable accounting processes that facilitate strong, risk-based, internal controls and support business growth.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for waste elimination and transformation that will provide value within the organization.
- Seek and share knowledge and build partnerships across the global finance organization, IT, and other capabilities.
- Partner and collaborate with others to learn processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Learn and quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
