• Conduct accounts payable and expense management activities, including processing invoices, coordinating approvals, and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses accurately and timely
• Review, update, and identify ways to improve existing accounting processes to enhance efficiency
• Generate insightful accounting reports to provide management with financial performance insights
• Implement and maintain accounting processes and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Monitor transactions to estimate resource requirements and ensure adequate funding for ongoing operations
• Ensure accurate calculation, reporting, and payment of sales taxes in compliance with regulations
• Stay up-to-date with accounting policies, laws, and guidelines to ensure compliance
• Utilize SAP and other automation tools to enhance process efficiency and support financial reporting
• Contribute to audit activities to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned
