Our partner is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Administration Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company’s financial and administrative functions.
The work week is from Tuesday to Saturday.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Handling bookkeeping and administrative tasks including document processing, sales support, communication with external partners, and day-to-day operational activities.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate recording of business transactions
  • Preparing daily and periodic reports for both domestic and international requirements.
  • Proficiency in tax regulations and applying them effectively.
  • Utilizing accounting software in compliance with regulations
  • Preparing data for audits and external stakeholders.
  • Embracing continuous improvement and participating in regular training while providing support to colleagues.
  • Cultivating mutual respect and fostering seamless communication with team members and external partners.

  • Extensive professional experience in bookkeeping and administration.
  • Fluent English skills
  • Proficient in basic computer programs
