Description:

Our customers come to rely on Italic for our quality, timeless design, and radical value.
We are seeking a talented Finance Manager to play a major role in our growth. The ideal candidate will assist senior leadership in managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations while seizing opportunities to grow their leadership capabilities through active collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams. This role is tailored for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals eager to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting; expertise in Excel and financial software applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with financial audits and internal controls.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and developing a high-performing finance team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Mentality

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to take on new challenges and drive continuous improvement within the finance function.
  • Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving approach to overcoming obstacles.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

This Finance Manager role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the financial health and strategic direction of our company. If you are passionate about finance and looking for a challenging yet rewarding career path, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
