QUALIFICATIONS

• Accounting graduate, being a CPA is advantage
• Effective communication skills both in verbal and written
• Exposure to working in a multinational environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools
• Knowledge on Oracle Financials, Blackline, etc
• Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy

• Processes accounting of fixed assets such as capitalization, depreciation, impairment, retirement, disposal and any other movements
• Prepares account reconciliation in Blackline and ensures that the GL balance is sufficiently supported by documents and calculations; performs investigation and resolution should be there any disagreement
• Prepares journal entries supported by financial data analyses and calculations
• Prepares bank reconciliation on a monthly basis
• Performs revaluation of accounts stated in foreign currency - intercompany and cash balances
• Records unrealized/realized gains/loss on FX derivatives based on Group Treasury Reports
• Prepares reports for BIR and other government agencies; if necessary, liaises with these agencies for any report/document/requirement that needs to be filed/secured/submitted for government compliance.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor and/or the Head of Finance
